| 5 A.M. went 19 miles. passed through Iberia and St. Martinsville both nice towns. | |
| " 10th | Started at sunrise. went 10 miles. pass the 19th Corps and camp at Vermillion bayou and stay 12 1/2 days. the Ohio Regts held a State Election on the 13th. |
| " 23rd | Start at 7 A.M. march 15 miles to Crow Karron bayou. rained all day. |
| " 24th | Resumed our march at 6 A.M. march 12 miles to Opelousas. stay until the 27th. |
| " 27th | Started at 7 A.M. and came back to Crow Karron bayou 12 miles. |
| " 29th | Resumed our march at 7 A.M. march 17 miles to Vermillion river. rained all the forenoon. |
| " 30th | Started at 5 A.M. and marched 20 miles to Iberia. |
