The database you are searching currently contains all information available from the Official Roster of Ohio Soldiers for the 3-year regiment, September 1861 through October 31, 1864 and the 90-day regiment, May 3, 1861 through August 18, 1862. Also included are the 89 drafted soldiers who served from October 8, 1862 to August 12, 1863. The database now contains 2252 soldiers, all that are known to have served in the 16th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. The roster data column Web ID is a number assigned by this website for reference purposes. It is not associated with any government or other official designation.
