REORGANIZATION

On this day, Pvt. Frank Mason, 42nd Ohio, tells us:

On the 4th of February, Col. Lindsay, having been relieved from the command of the Second Brigade of the Ninth Division, a reorganization of the Division took place, by which Gen. Osterhaus' command was brigaded as follows:

First Brigade -- Gen. Vandevere, Commanding.
Forty-Ninth Indiana Infantry.
Sixty-Ninth Indiana Infantry.
One Hundred and Eighteenth Illinois Infantry.
One Hundred and Twentieth Ohio Infantry.

Second Brigade -- Col. J. F. DeCourcy, Commanding.
Sixteenth Ohio Infantry.
Forty-Second Ohio Infantry.
One Hundred and Fourteenth Kentucky Infantry.
Fifty-Fourth Indiana Infantry.
