THE KANAWHA EXPEDITION - TENMILE CREEK TO BUFFALO, (WEST) VIRGINIA

On this day the 16th Ohio resumed its march at 7:00 am, along the Kanawha River toward Charleston. They reached Buffalo, Virginia, camping at or near that place, referred to as a cluster of houses by Cpl. Theodore Wolbach, Company E. They had marched 13 miles this day.
